i watched the best movie last night! like ive seen it once now and its my favourite movie haha.

its another wes anderson film, my favourite director. and has 3 of my favourite actors in it, bill murray, owen wilson, and my favourite of all time.... jeff goldblum!!

also it features one of my favourite sigur ros songs 'staralfur'.

its called "the life aquatic with steve zissou" go forth an hire it.

so im on holidays!!

and i have time to do some little projects ive wanted to for a while now.

today i made a hoody.

never made one before so i was proud of myself.

im pleased at how quick im learning.

i will make people these for a small fee. i dont know how small yet ill figure out the costs later skater xx

this may have been one of the most fun weekends ive had in a long time.

i wish i had photographic evidence. but im just not one to carry around a digital camera. sorry.

and how good are the bloody veils!!

im so into them this weekend. 'advice for young mothers to be' by the veils is my song of the week.  seriously ive had it on repeat haha.

im really pleased with my life at the moment. content. i have dreams and goals. but if my life stayed like this till the day i died. i wouldnt complain. 

seriously i have the best group of friends. when you can get so much kicks out of just sitting in a chair eating corn ships and drinking coca cola, listening to grizzly bear on vinyl and just talking til 5am... you know your friends are perfect.

these things made me happy this week:

zooey deschanel is amazing.. i think i might be in love with her. she's a cool actress, shes in a cool band (she & him), she is sooo attractive, and has the coolest style. 

she's even engaged to one of my favourite musicians, benjamin gibbard... she said there not serious though so im not worried. we are meant for each other.

such a happy sound. i put it on and am immediately happy.

this weekend was a 50/50 weekend, half good, half utter shit.

i stepped on a broken bottle on the beach friday night and had to seek medical help, i mean... who leaves broken bottles on the beach, any rubbish for that matter. 

alot of my friends are having tough times right now too, and that brings me down, i just wish there was something i could do for them.

i didnt get to see my best friend this weekend either, and there going to melbourne this weekend, so that sucked.

i did get to hang with people i havn't seen in ages though, lots of people i missed. i got to share a kebab (a love of mine) with two great girls that i have missed so that was good. and i went to an arts market with some close friends that was fun walking around the city. and i corrupted my ipod with lots of new music from a friends computer.

so you see it was good and bad.

my sister introduced me to the first season of beverly hills: 90210. originally aired the year i was born.. not sure if thats a good or bad thing yet haha. xx
